Few remarks to help :
* I don't know if you still use it, but you shouldn't use {{{sync=true}}}
in the various icecast outputs.
* Frame size can matter, in particular if it is too low. Default value,
1764, is quite high compared to the maximal 320 you mention.
Hence, it is not yet clear wether this is a bug or a particular case of
impossible settings.
