#238: JACK input seems to have random noise

 In the last week and bit I've found that Liquidsoap SVN builds seem to be
 adding a random noise to my stream. This is very noticeable and when using
 JACK scope I find this is a square wave pattern that oscillates between 0%
 and +50% volume levels.

 I've connected my capture input directly to JACK scope and don't have this
 noise, so it's been added by liquidsoap. It seems to appear regardless of
 raw buffering being enabled or not.

 I will try and replicate on my dev machine and provide more details in due
 course.
