 The shout sync should never be used. It relies on shout to run
 liquidsoap's clock. But should doesn't promise to run that clock
 constantly: it might first send a lot of data to icecast, then slow down,
 go faster again maybe, I've no idea. Moreover, two different clocks at
 different paces will interfere poorly with each other. The only reason to
 use icecast with sync=true is if it's the only output, and (maybe) if it's
 less perturbed by clock changes -- liquidsoap's internal synchronization
 relies on the time and gets messed if you change it.

 Should we close that ticket? Or does anybody think that we can make jack
 more robust in that kind of situation?
