In fact I plugged liquisoap to a VoIP conference bridge and the internal
format of this conference bridge is 16000 hz / mono.
I already used the input.external for the input (which makes the
conversion threw samplerate).
I also test the ouput with Sox, but Sox works makes the conversion by
burst which is not really nice for a real time usage needed for VoIP.
