#312: 401 Mount taken with buffer = 15.

When tying to connect to any of input.harbor with harbor buffer = 15.
this input becomes inactive. this happens on any mount point which have
buffer = 15. with buffer = 10. everything is ok.
this happens:
1. client can login into it
2. send first chunk of metadata.
3. mount locks and kicks client.
4. after second login attempt got 401.
5. only liquidsoap restart helps
logs and configs are included.
