 steps to reproduce:[[BR]]
 1. start both instances of liqudsoap[[BR]]
 2. see logs. there everything seems to be in order broadcast started up,
 client logged in. but there's no sound on output (i also tested on icecast
 output) [[BR]]
 3. kill Sine generator instance[[BR]]
 4. restart Sine generator instance (delay between 3 and 4 doesn't
 matter)[[BR]]
 5. get "401 mount point in use" in live log and unable to connect in Sine
 generator log
