(In [6272]) Tested pulseaudio support. Working fine so far..
Added autoconf support and an entry in the PACKAGE file.
Issues like in #191 are trigered, I believe, by pulseaudio's ALSA
emulation support. Hence, a native pulseaudio I/O for liquidsoap
should allow the user to use directly pulseaudio in this case..
