This ticket was closed by Sam in an SVN commit but I still have to solve a
few things, so it's a good thing that trac is broken :)
Currently the decoder attempts to decode MIDI files as long as the
content_kind accepts midi channels. It does not check that the content
kind allows empty audio and video. And if audio or video are expected, it
does not create them. My question is: should we force audio=video=0 or
should we initialize blank audio and video if needed?
Also, I suspect the decoder doesn't properly create the midi channels, but
I'll take care of that.
