Nothing apparently. Your script looks fine.
I remember having a similar issue sometimes on radiopi. However, I could never
find a way to reproduce. I can do several remarks to try to understand the
issue:
* Did it happen after a long time ?
* Did you restart ? Did it happen again ?
* When the issue happens, you can try to connect via telnet, and manualy
restart the outputs.
* What install do you have ? pre-compiled daily packages ? In this case,
I would also advise to recompile your own binary if you can in order
to avoid issues related to compilation on the host that produces the
packages.
