My pessimistic 2 cents... Don't expect to get anything very precise and robust for what you want to do using harbor. It's just not a real-time technology. Currently we don't have anything better, though. You might get something "good enough" by hacking around, and if your network conditions are quite stable, but I just wanted to warn you that this might be a waste of time.
