Well, lame does not resample and we do not have an operator to do that in 0.9.
{2,3}, the version in Ubuntu.
However, in SVN, output.icecast.lame is replaced by
output.icecast(%external("lame - - ")). In this case, we support mono
conversion using the mean operator and the external encoder supports
resampling.
