I'm not sure what you're asking (particularly about the interruption)
but I'll try to clarify: you can have several instances of liquidsoap,
each instance running harbor on several ports. Obviously, two
instances cannot run have harbor inputs listening on the same port of
the same machine. This was the case in older versions already.
