Yes, this is my bad.. I have generalized the operator in two recently:
 * rms, of type: source -> ( () -> float) * source
to use in your scripts. The first parameter is a function returning
the RMS of the second parameter.
 * server.rms or type source -> source, built on top of rms, that
registers a server/telnet source.rms function

server.rms is available in utils.liq so you will need to do a make
install in order to install the updated libraries.

By the way, in both case, do not forget to actually use the source
returned by the operator. I made that mistake when testing and its not
easy to understand why you get 0. for the RMS in this case :)
