Also, you may consider a trick I tried previously: register a custom
HTTP endpoint, using harbor.http.register, create the harbor source
when this endpoint is called and issue a 302 (redirection) to the
newly created source. You may even call source.shutdown on the harbor
output when the last listener disconnects.

This should allow you to implemented on-demand streaming. However,
always remember that liquidsoap runs an encoder for each encoded
output, which may be a problem if you expect too many on-demand stream
to run concurrently..
