One output.harbor can encode for multiple listeners. However, once created, it runs like a normal icecast source, that is listeners who connect to it get the stream at the point that it is currently being encoded and not from the beginning.. Correct. We have been thinking for a long time about allowing encoded streams in liquidsoap. However, this is a difficult tasks since a lot of operators cannot work in this mode, for instance crossfades.
