Next time..
I use aac lib from tipoc:
http://217.20.164.161/~tipok/aacplus/
And when i give %aacplus(channels=2,samplerate=44100, bitrate=128) it's don't
work.. When i give: %aacplus)channels=2, samplerate=44100, bitrate=64) it's
work. On bitrate 96 don't work too.
i get error:
libaacplus: bad aac setting: br:128000, AACch:2, AACsr:22050
Why it's AACsr: 22050 when i set samplerate 44100...
