Hmmm.. The bug seems to apply to Ubuntu 11.10 and not 10.01 in fact. However, I do not think that ubuntu 10.01 has 1.0.0 packages.. If you already compiled liquidsoap manually, you may not have enabled the lame mp3 encoder then.
