I should not need to create it, and no it does not exist. I don't remember
having to create this in version 1.1.1. That path is deep in opam but I can
create that and see if it wants to try and start.
I changed the user from liquidsoap to the user that installed liquidsoap and
still got:
Starting liquidsoap channels: christmaslive.liq FATAL ERROR: PID directory
"/home/marrie125/.opam/system/lib/liquidsoap/var/run/liquidsoap" does not exist.
To change it, add the following to your script:
set("init.daemon.pidfile.path", "<path>")
OK
The group is still liquidsoap. I actually can't remember what I created my
account under as I just did the aduser and let the box do the rest. The error
is a bit of a misnomer as yes I can change the path but it still can't create
the directories even after I change the username.
