Ok, I created the directory in the error message and just got this time. Starting liquidsoap channels: christmaslive.liq OK No error seems to have cropped up. I still don't have all of the encoders installed, but I can if this worked, worry about that later.
I think though it's actually broken. My playlist is actually a folder of files and now mp3 is refusing to connect.
