Hi,
You will need to have the fdk-aac encoder enabled. In Debian Jessie on
amd64 you should be able to install the libfdkaac-ocaml-dynlink package.
With other Debian, if you wish to stick to packaged liquidsoap, you can try
to install ocaml-fdkaac manually.
Finally, I would recommend switching to our opam-supported installation
method: http://liquidsoap.fm/download.html This should be fairly easy and
will provide an upgrade path for future liquidsoap versions. opam package
for fdk-aac is named fdkaac.
