Hi guys!

I've uploaded a new set of beta builds for windows, currently beta3 version.

New think for these builds: there are now two builds, one for 32 bit
systems, named win32 and one for 64 bit systems, named win64.

Please use the build that correspond to your system before reporting new
issues.
