Not in Salukis, as a rule. I had someone smartly point out that live prey differs for some of the more ancient breeds because of the scent/sight factor. It's not the chase they like, but the hunt. A plastic lure (or anything short of a steak for my 2 piglettes) doesn't give them the total satisfaction.
