Hello group, My name is Cat Bruce. I own a pet sitting business that just produced a training DVD for the Pet Sitting Business owners. I have been asked to make a Greyhound adoption DVD for the new owner to help make the owners more aware of their special new family member. I am looking for ideas that you, the retired greyhound owner would like to see in this production. I am look for the problems, surprises and unique things you can come across and how to work them though. I would like this to be something the new owner would watch before they get a hound so they are more aware of what happens to them during race days and how to help them adjust to their new home with you. Also help the any hound owner just to become aware of their lives before you met them. I realize the need for this when I got my first hound. I know not everyone has the time to get all the books to read up on them, We have become a fast moving world and we like information right away. I see this as a tool we can use to help place the hounds in homes that are educated in their special needs. I would also like to donate profits to any shelters that would like to use this tool for placement. Please pass on the word to anyone that would have ideas to help with this project.
