Following the steps outlined above to migrate to EBS Volume support,
I'm getting the following errors the first time the LVM instance is
launched:

i-495ac020/mysql-init.sh        Cannot start MySQL server: * Starting MySQL
database server mysqld  [80G
 [74G[ [31mfail [39;49m]!
i-495ac020/instance-up.sh       /usr/local/aws/bin/mysql-init.sh failed.
Exiting.
i-495ac020/mysql-init.sh        Cannot start MySQL server.

The farm ID is: 813
