Actually there is no position/timing interpreter for oggCat. It is needed to 
interpret the granule position of a dirac video. It would not be to difficult 
to implement an if I got some spare time, I gonna do that. 

However, I am rewriting oggCat, to make it more precise to vorbis audio streams.
