No, I don't think so.
The Opening Report creates opening reference-style tables out of the top-100
rated games in a position. That is perhaps slightly similar, of course
depending on how you want to use the game.
What would you use such a super-merged game for? Personally I've wondered
about the reverse feature (create a list of games out of one game with
numerous variations), because that way the tree window, searches etc work.
Generally in Scid moves in variations are less easy to do stuff with than
main game moves.
