I'm not sure, but i think that tk doesn't support tha alpha
channel, so you can't have transparent arrows like Chessbase's.
With many wider arrows i can imagine positions with most of
the board covered by arrows.

Spent today doing it.
I added SCID's arrows to my project, and then implemented
arrow bindings (revision 361 diff 363). It feels good :>
There's no transparency, but it seems to work nicely.
(Sorry for the white space in the diff, but blame whoever wrote the showVarArrows procs ;>)
