I looked an GUI for setting up UCI engine. While having internal UCI support is great, I think the GUI is a bit too much for most users.
My suggestion: Put important functions (common for most UCI engines) in configuration window. I think: * Hash * OwnBook * MultiPV are most important. Ponder, SearchDepth and SearchTime are not important here (they have no sense for analysis mode). On the other hand, the greatest feature of UCI (MultiPV) is hidden under obscure name and probably not many people know what is there (it allows you to show analysis for N best moves). Other functions, if they are available, may be put at another tab.
