Hi,

Let me be clear : I am a big fan of Palm OS, and I still like my old 
Tungsten E.
But :
- the "market" is clear, Pocket won due to big errors from Palm,
- I don't know any Tcl/Tk port done to Palm.

So it is both a technical limitation and the fact that Palm is dying (in 
its current form), that makes a port impossible.
