It could be from my changes.  A big difference is that before, a  
separate frame was being created and packed with menubutton widgets so  
that by itself would affect the width the window width.  For example  
the width of the packed menubuttons could be wider than any specified  
minimum window width.

The menu UI element has no inherent width as far as I can tell, so if  
you have a window with no other UI elements (pgn window for instance),  
it could collapse to a very small size.  I tried to insure that this  
didn't have a large impact but it's certainly possible that there are  
some windows that changed size slightly.  Should be minor tweaking to  
get them back in shape.

As I've said before, I really want these changes to have minimal  
impact on windows and X, but it really makes a big difference on Tk/ 
Aqua.
