Hello,
I've just put in CVS the changes for another request from Alexander
about the lock engine feature.

Now:

- the lock button is enabled if the engine is running and disabled if
the engine is stopped
- the lock mode does not disable the start/stop button anymore
- so, when the engine is running in lock mode, two actions are available:
   a) press unlock engine, the engine exits the lock mode and starts to
analize the new current position immediately
   b) press stop button, the engine stops the analysis, the lock mode is
automatically reset, and the output analysis is available to be added to
the current game and position (and it is available until the engine is
started again).

Please note that is up to the user to add the analysis in a position
that makes sense, scid does not do any check about that.
I tought to skip this check, as the same issue is still present in other
situations, f.e. I simply start the engine, I stop it, I change the
position and I could add the engine analysis in a wrong position.
Anyway, this issue is not dangerous at all, as the moves are simply not
added to the game, if they don't make sense.

Alexander, try this version and see if it can fit your request.
Bye.
