You're right. I admit that I did not fiddle much with the
ActiveState stuff, as I still prefer a distribution provided
solution. Anyway, for Scid in ActiveState Tcl/Tk 8.5 the
following is recommended:
teacup install img::png
teacup install tdom
The latter adds the tDOM parser for XML which is required
for Correspondence Chess and I can imagine it will get some
use in the future in other parts.
