That was it. The files *are* in the rpm: rpm -ql scid | grep "html/scid" /usr/share/scid/html/scid.css /usr/share/scid/html/scid.js
... but it did not link or copy them to /var/www/html I copied them there and it seems to work. I'll do some testing and post back. Thank you everyone.
