I have a few question regarding using SCID.
1. After I create a database, I open a "Game List Window" and start scrolling
through the games.
a) If I click on the header Date I see a tiny arrow. And it toggles up and down
as I click this header. But what it doesn't do is sort the games by Date. Why
isn't it sorting? BTW, it doesn't matter which header I choose, none of the get
sorted properly.What is suppose to happen when I click the Date Header?
b) Let's say I scan the games and I notice some details that are wrong. Is it
possible to edit a game's info (headers: Name, ELO, Date, Etc.) from within
SCID?
c) Let's say that I want to import a game and add it to an existing database. I
know that there are two Menu options: MainMenu|Tools|Import One PGN Game, or
Import File(s) of PGN Games. If I use the former, and paste the moves into the
edit window, I see the game in Notation Window. So as I begin to replay the
game, I decide to annotate it. Now I decide to keep the game, but now I want to
edit it. How do I change any of the headers (PlayerName, ELO, Date, etc) or
moves?
