All -> Copy, everything will go to the Clipboard. It it didn't, the
Clipboard would be empty!

The analog operation in SCID is to copy the content of the PGN window of an
unsaved game to the Clipboard. This still works: if I left-click on the PGN
window tab and select Copy Game to Clipboard, it works just like in a text
editor. The same behavior can be reproduced by selecting the text in the
window and pressing CTRL-C

On the other hand, when I copy an unsaved *file* (say) in the Explorer, I
won't copy what's unsaved in the file. This makes sense: "saving" a file
means writing its temporary modified state to disk.

The CTRL-C shortcut in the PGN Window menu is a bit confusing, BTW. I have
no idea when it works.

An alternative would be to add the hability to copy the content via the
contextual menu. Right-click in the PGN window to copy game would be useful
for those who like me copy games online or in emails.
