Let me try to detail the changed behaviour. I copy a game (from a web page, say). Then I go to Scid. Edit -> Paste Clipboard text as PGN game -> Import Now I start an analysis engine. Add Variation The Notation pane shows the game plus the analysis. Edit -> Copy This Game to Clipbase Edit -> Paste Clipboard text as PGN game The Scid: Import PGN game pane will show the game with the analysis. I can copy the contents of this pane, and paste them wherever I like - into another chess program or into a document.
That was 4.5.2 (and earlier). But in 4.6.0 the analysis isn't copied.
