Can you please help me with some advanced maintenance tasks?
1. I want to change every rating in my database from "ELO" to "USCF."
2. I want to change every 0 rating to 1300. (I used 0 to represent unrated, but
1300 is a more realistic initial rating for unrated players.)
Because I used a mixture of ELO and USCF, and also used 0 for unrated, my
database has gotten corrupted with a lot of blanks and "1807*" entries in the
W-Elo and B-Elo columns. Thank you.
