Yes, and it's also non-free (at least the full version).Neverthless trying it 
can give some flavour.
I don't know about open source project for chess training....

Thanks, Pietro, for your suggestion. The thing is that for specific
functions a specific application is always the best. I fear that
the integration of chess training would overload the functionality
of Jessy. This means that for chess training a dedicated application
only for chess training would be appropriate. Probably an open
source project is already existing?

About Perfect Chess Trainer: another proprietary tool, nobody
knows the new database format PCDB, it's not open source, and
there exists no documentation about this format.
