I managed to get both 32b & 64b versions working by clearing out the contents of the file PerfectChessTrainer.ini It is a java app (so you need java) and this file causes some eclipse debugging stuff to be loaded (but the libs were missing on my system) There is also an issue with one of the built in themes which relies on some GTK library.
