Out of curiosity I browsed your generated PDF and noticed same
problems as previously reported.
Moreover images (from Example Gallery) that failed building here, also
failed in your try, which may indicate that there is an issue in
scripts responsible for generating them.
TOC is also reduced, and it should be like this (in ideal world):
Hope you'll solve some of the issues. Maybe if you could just correct
those tables that exceed page margins, with some latex instruction it
could be greater.
In the meantime I'll try the same if I can
