Just tossing around ndarrays is one of the big strengths of sklearn, I 
think.

Also, It just would increase the scope of sklearn sooo much!
I'm not sure that is a good thing.
But that is not for me to decide ;)

I think we should first see how the pystruct thing goes,
and worry about the rest later.
