What purpose will the paper serve? We have already one paper presenting the
scikit and another one describing its API design in details. So I'm a bit
concerned that this paper wouldn't add much value and would confuse our
readers. Can't we submit just a presentation? This workshop will be a great
opportunity to present scikit-learn to those who don't already know it and
to receive feedback from others.
