long lines just don't display. I'll see if I can find an example, it might help to figure out what's happening.
http://development.remora.com.au/temp.php This doesn't show up for me at all in Firefox (latest). I use Windows XP. When I scroll horizontally, the numbers start showing at about 1812, then disappear again at around 8365. If I highlight any of the hidden areas, it shows again, all under the highlight, and sometimes back to the start, sometimes just from the highlight to the next hide-point to the right. Anyways, I doubt this helps, but I can assure you that this is not a SciTE bug, I've seen it in every edit-box I've ever used on Windows. Most likely it's a video card bug. James
