Ah, that Czech editor. Tried it before SciTE. I think it was very good,
but mapped RightAlt+letters to commands, so I couldn't type Polish letters.

As for the topic, most of the time you just jump between bookmarks
and I think F2 / Shift+F2 is better than Alt + arrows. Also, one keystroke
for toggling the bookmark is better. Moreover, it's all consistent with Find
(F3, Shift+F3, Ctrl+F3).
