Well, Visual Studio has not always been consistent either. In VS.NET
2003, it's
Ctrl+K, Ctrl+K
Ctrl+K, Ctrl+N
Ctrl+K, Ctrl+P
Who knows in 2005. But at least in VS they are configurable.
