It is a different term for a tool. Currently at most two tools can be
in the queue to run.
I wanted to add a method to the Lua script interface that would allow
tools to be run from Lua but interact with SciTE the way items from the
tool menu do.
Neil will only accept an implementation that was thread safe.
I have been developing such an implementation by changing the fixed
array of tools into a link list
