the documentation says:
"The command number can be in the range of 0 to 99"
but if i use a number above 49 the command isn't shown in Tools-Menu.
was this changed in past or is it a bug?
On GTK+, the menu is hard coded for 50 elements. It has never been
longer. Commands that do not appear in the Tools menu may still be
used for user.shortcuts or user.context.menu.
