Boot up with a rescue CD/disk , and mount your Linux filesystem. Then on that system run grub-install <DEVICE>. For the <DEVICE> you tell it where to install grub. I have no idea where that is. /dev/hda? I don't remember having to tell grub to install to but I must have... I've had to do this before but it was a long time ago, so better do some more research yourself before following any of my advice. This page shows the grub-install syntax: http://www.gnu.org/software/grub/manual/html_node/Invoking-grub-install.html#Invoking%20grub-install Also don't get into a situation where you need help fro this page: http://sims.berkeley.edu/~jhall/grub_install_hda1.html Good luck, -Ryan __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
