Actually, scratch that. The pieces missing have no discernable pattern. PSARC 2009/171 (Chris's case) is missing from the CSV, yet open (according to arc.o.o). PSARC 2009/277 is closed, but *is* in the CSV. For reference, the CSV I'm assuming to be current is: http://opensolaris.org/os/community/arc/caselog/caseinfo.csv.txt -- Rich
