attempt with subversion and teamware, too
This attempts to do the same thing for both subversion and teamware.
Both, like the Hg bits, will use a file list created against the real workspace
parent if none is specified, and both will use files from the real parent if
the webrev parent does not contain a given file (per carlsonj's comment).
This is probably going to be strange, for the TeamWare case, since we're going
to be unable to find comments for files that were from the parent webrev,
rather than the real parent (unless we make that try the same trick, which I'd
think may be problematic).
Testing of the teamware side, as you'd expect, would be best described as
sporadic and could adequately be said to be barely extant.
